Project Management.

Exceptional communication up and down the organization.

Warranty Chain Management (WCM) experience.

Collaboration experience with Sales and service.

What is the job about?

Supporting Grundfos in the field of quality by overseeing and implementing quality assurance processes.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Project manager for “E2E Warranty Management”.

  • Responsible for the S14 quality process.

  • Improve the Quality/Service Network.

  • Present the Quality Academy annual wheel.

  • Development and maintenance of Quality Insite and other SharePoint sites.

  • Support overall with Red Alert and PowerBI.

Your background: We imagine that you have:

  • Bachelor/Master’s degree (Engineering, Business Communication)

  • Project Management certification (preferably)

  • Quality Core tools (SPC, MSA, FMEA, PPAP desirable)

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Cultural understanding and ability to work cross-functionally.
