Lead the FECS Proposal engineering resources to ensure completion of project proposals in high quality and timely manner.

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Coordinating and control proposals from RFQ to Order entry.

• Plan, schedule and prioritize the quotation pre-qualification process with Sales offices, Project Pursuit team and PMO.

• Allocate the resources needed to create the proposal.

• Coordinate with other departments collecting all information get the quotations done on time.

• Organize and lead cross-department teams in the production of winning proposals, liaison with other departments for assistance with quotation resource and with Project Pursuit team and sales offices on strategy and on the technical and commercial requirements to be adopted in the pursuit of that business.

• Assure that control export policies and due diligence are fully accomplished within Company rules.

• Ensure the effective and smooth running of the project proposal team by introducing and improving on working practices, procedure and processes. Develop and maintain effective standards and systems for forecasting, recording, monitoring and analyzing proposal activities.

• Provide reports needed for forecasting related to project proposals.

• Check and review proposal with proposal engineers.

Who You Are: Dedicated employee to provide liaison between sales offices-factory-customers, work together with country sales organization to reach high level of customer service.

For This Role, You Will Need:

• Bsc. in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical or similar)

• Experiences in leading a team is a must

• Fluent English knowledge

• Knowledge of control valves is necessary

• You use knowledge of business drivers and how strategies and tactics play out in the market to guide actions.

• You gain insight into customer need.

• You research initiatives and try new approaches.

• Ability to lead complex processes

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

• Knowledge of any other language is a plus
