Description and Requirements

This role is part of Lenovo’s Solutions and Services Group (SSG) within the Global SSG Channel team, focusing on driving the Channel & SMB business for Latin America (LA). We are seeking a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and a background in business management. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals looking to expand their impact beyond traditional sales roles and contribute to the development of innovative solutions and services.

The ideal candidate will have a track record of building relationships, driving cross-functional initiatives, and implementing business strategies. They will possess strong problem-solving abilities, a proactive mindset, and the ability to anticipate business needs while navigating complex challenges. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and shape the future of our service and solution offerings within the SMB and Channel segments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a key focal point for LA Channel & SMB business management, working closely with internal stakeholders to define and execute growth strategies.

  • Lead the development and execution of go-to-market initiatives that drive business expansion within the region.

  • Collaborate with the LA Hardware Business Unit (BU) to coordinate quarterly Channel & SMB business planning and review sessions.

  • Support the development of service and solution offerings by working closely with cross-functional teams, including Business Development, Marketing, Business Transformation, IT, and Channel teams across different geographies.

  • Analyze market trends, pricing strategies, and competitive positioning to inform strategic decisions and improve business outcomes.

  • Develop and implement structured business review processes to monitor performance and align on key initiatives.

  • Engage with regional leaders to present strategic insights, initiatives, and performance updates to ensure alignment on business priorities.

  • Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization to enable knowledge sharing and the successful execution of business plans.

Required Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in business management, strategy, consulting, or a related field within the technology industry.

  • Experience in developing and implementing strategies for Services & Solutions businesses, with a focus on growth and operational excellence.

  • Strong background in managing and optimizing business processes, with a proven ability to lead complex projects across multiple functions.

  • Ability to synthesize complex data into clear insights and actionable strategies.

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work across diverse teams and influence without direct authority.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.

  • Fluent in 3 languages: English, Portuguese and Spanish will be an advantage
