Purpose:
The Finance Supervisor acts as the finance business partner overseeing Innovative Medicine Brazil’s Oncology, Neuroscience, PAH and Virology Therapeutic Areas' business and financial operations and shares responsibility for the organization’s economic and financial performance by being responsible to manage total IM Brazil Gross Margin and Other Income & Expenses. The incumbent performs financial analysis, decision support and design business plans.
Also serves as an advisor for the company’s commercial leadership, developing financial models to make business recommendations, support commercial strategies and go to market discussions, lead sales closing routines and drive sustainable growth while ensuring a robust controls and compliance environment.
You will be responsible for:
Coordinate Innovative Medicine Brazil’s business and financial operations and shares responsibility for the organization’s financial performance.
Partner with commercial teams, performing financial analysis and supporting decision process.
Qualifications:
Strong influencing skills
STRONG BUSINESS ACUMEN
PROVEN LEADERSHIP AND TEAMWORK SKILLS
DEMONSTRATING MANAGEMENT SKILLS AND STRATEGIC THINKING
Advanced communication skills (both verbal and written)
Solid experience with internal controls (SOX knowledge is preferred)
SHOWING EXTENSIVE FINANCE OR ACCOUNTING EXPERIENCE
Advanced English is a must
Spanish is desired
