Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician with a Journeyman-level background to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience working in a manufacturing environment, with a strong emphasis on stretch blow molding and extrusion blow molding. The role involves working with machines such as Beccmos and Aokis, performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and ensuring machines operate efficiently. A deep understanding of PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) systems, blueprints, and hydraulic systems is essential. The technician will need to diagnose issues, make independent decisions to resolve machine problems, and perform tasks related to general machine maintenance. Responsibilities

Requirements:

• Journeyman-level mechanic with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.

• Hands-on experience with stretch blow molding and extrusion blow molding machinery.

• Proficient in working with Beccmos and Aokis machines.

• strong understanding of PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) systems for troubleshooting and repairs.

• Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams, technical drawings, and blueprints.

• Experience with hydraulic systems and components.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.

• Ability to read gauges, monitor machine performance, and make necessary adjustments.

• Familiarity with general machine maintenance procedures.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a high-paced manufacturing setting.
