Primary Responsibilities:

  • Service Level Management: Develop, implement, and manage Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for print services, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer expectations

  • Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze service performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and ensuring compliance with established SLAs

  • Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding print service performance, issues, and enhancements

  • Process Improvement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize print processes, enhance service delivery, and reduce operational costs

  • Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on service performance, trends, and recommendations to management

  • Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so

Required Qualifications:

  • Graduate in BS-IT or similar

  • Basic knowledge of network, server and printer troubleshooting

  • Proficient use of Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, PPT, etc.

  • Proven ability to work within deadlines, cross functionally in a matrixed environment, and complete multiple tasks

  • Proven team-oriented; Demonstrated excellence is supporting other team members with a positive attitude

  • Ability to communicate in English

  • Willing to work flexible hours especially on night shift

Preferred Qualification:

  • Experience in Webjet Admin and Pharos

  • Service Now experience
