Edwards Lifesciences Manager, Supply Chain (Taiwan), Critical Care in Taipei, Taiwan

You will make an impact by...

• Plan, lead and execute supply chain daily works and/or projects for demand and supply planning, purchasing, inventory control, logistics and 3PL management with accountability for successful completion of assigned deliverables

• Identify and evaluate supply chain process improvement and/or course correction/course alignment opportunities

• Provide direction and guidance to BUs and project teams to execute the assigned operations and projects

• Perform variety of analyses (e.g., limited global impact, product line)

• Develop and mentor supply chain team members to achieve higher level of performance

• Other incidental duties

What you'll need (Required):

Bachelor's Degree in in related field , 8 years years experience of previous related experience Required

Experience working in a medical device industry Preferred

• Proven successful project management skills

• Proven expertise in MS Office Suite and ERP

• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, analytical and critical thinking skills

• Excellent documentation, communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills including negotiating and relationship management skills

• Excellent English skill

• Extensive knowledge of own area within the organization while contributing to the development of new concepts, techniques, and standards

• Extensive understanding of Edwards policies, procedures and guidelines relevant to local and/or global supply chain

• Ability to transfer essential knowledge and mentor other team members on specialized skills

• Strict attention to detail

• Ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels and proactively escalate issues to appropriate levels of management in the organization

• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Represents leadership on sections of projects within a specific area interfacing with project managers and cross functional teams

• Consult in a project setting within specific sections

• Adhere to all company rules and requirements (e.g., pandemic protocols, Environmental Health & Safety rules) and take adequate control measures in preventing injuries to themselves and others as well as to the protection of environment and prevention of pollution under their span of influence/control
