Job Description

The Customer Engineer 1 (CE1) should be the demonstrated technical expertise. Applies the basic knowledge and skill including underlying professional principles or standards.

• Should frequently resolve problems through research of multiple alternatives.

• Provides installation, maintenance and repairs on equipment within an assigned territory/region to assure continuity of customer operations and high levels of customer satisfaction.

• Takes ownership of customer problems or incidents until the situation has been resolved to the customer's satisfaction and or in compliance with agreed upon Service Level Agreements.

• Performs primarily work on client level desktop, notebook, networks .Primary service include installation, software support, hardware maintenance .
