Job Description

A client of Insight Global's is looking to hire a Cisco Webex Technician to join the team. This individual will be responsible for resolving technical issues related to Cisco Webex. Additionally, the candidate will help manage large internal/external meetings on the Cisco Webex platform. If not assisting with Cisco Webex related tasks, the candidate is expected to work in other areas of the infrastructure team to grow and enhance their IT skills. Pay will range from $18/hr-$20/hr.

• Experience with Cisco Webex as a collaboration tool

• Troubleshooting issues related to Cisco Webex

• Microsoft Teams

• Self sufficient and desire to grow

• Great communication - Managing virtual meetings held on Cisco Webex

• Microsoft Teams experience null
