Job Summary
Seeking Oracle Fusion Financials developer with 5+ years’ hands-on experience in fusion application development. Good knowledge of financial accounting is a plus.
Major Responsibilities
Technical Development experience with Oracle Fusion GL, AP, FA, CM modules
Good understanding of functional configuration in GL, AP, FA, CM and Common modules
Good understanding of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)
Experience developing ERP integrations in OIC is a plus
Experience developing reports in BI Publisher, OTBI and SmartView is a plus
Ability to review impacts of quarterly application patching and perform regression testing prior to rollout
Ability to effectively work with Oracle via Service Requests
Collaborate with QE testing teams. Participate in testing activities and generate testing artifacts
Experience generating technical and functional documentation
Experience with user and role provisioning and in Oracle Fusion ERP Cloud.
Experience with identity and access management, desirable but not mandatory.
Track development tasks and list of backlogs in Jira and deliver them in a timely manner
Work effectively with offshore vendor support teams on production support and enhancement tasks
Experience troubleshooting production issues and providing resolution in a timely manner
Qualifications
Bachelors’ Degree (or foreign equivalent degree) in Information Technology, or Information Systems, or Computer Science, or Software Engineering, or a related field or a degree in financial accounting with relevant technology experience or experience in the financial services or banking industry or relevant experience.
7+ years’ experience in financial accounting with technical expertise on Oracle ERP systems is preferred.
Experience in Banking or Financial Services Technology with a solid understanding of Record to Report cycle in General ledger with ledger constructs like Chart of Accounts, Cross validation rules etc.
Knowledge of technical solution - application, data, and cloud architecture preferably Oracle cloud ERP
Experience in mapping organizational data to the application tables / data dictionary.
Experience with RDBMS based databases such as Oracle and SQL Server
Experience designing ad-hoc reports or templates, preferably SmartView or OBIEE reports.
Experience on Atlassian Suite (Jira, Confluence, etc.) is preferred.
Ability to effectively uncover, align and manage stakeholders’ needs and expectations.
Action oriented - escalates and resolves issues in a timely manner.
Comfortable navigating dynamic environments, ambiguity and being a catalyst to drive decisions.
The typical base pay range for this role is between $114K - $150K depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and location. This role may also be eligible for certain discretionary performance-based bonus and/or incentive compensation.
