Seeking a Human Resources professional to develop and implement HR strategies that align with organizational goals and foster a positive workplace culture. This role will oversee the entire employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and offboarding. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, manage employee relations, administer benefits and payroll, and coordinate training programs. Prior experience in food manufacturing is preferred. A commitment to maintaining a safe working environment and accurate HR records is essential.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies and policies that align with company goals and promote a positive work culture.

• Manage all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and offboarding.

• Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.

• Handle employee relations issues, investigations, and conflict resolution in a fair and timely manner.

• Administer employee benefits programs and manage payroll processes.

• Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.

• Oversee health and safety initiatives to maintain a safe working environment.

• Maintain accurate HR records and reports.

• MUST be Spanish speaking

• Ideally has a background working for a food manufacturing company
