Job Description:

This position is responsible for providing an advanced level of direct services in a long-term shelter environment (3+ months).

• Models leadership to other Resident Monitors in the duties of maintaining order, rule compliance, and ensuring a safe and drug-free environment
• Works collaboratively with other staff to provide quality services and maintains a therapeutic community
• Accepts and processes residents into HMIS (Homeless Management Information System) in order for them to stay in lodge/shelter overnight
• Monitors the activity of residents on an assigned shift ensuring safety, security, and compliance to behavioral expectations
• Maintains correct and complete records and logs containing important information
• Ensures that lodge is maintained in compliance with standards/values

REQUIREMENTS AND WORKING CONDITIONS:

• Work is performed in a lodge/shelter facility where there are minimal to no discomforts associated with changes in weather or discomforts associated with noise, dust, dirt, and the like
• Work requires performance of duties in social services environments where exposure to communicable and infectious diseases is possible

Days and Hours:

Full-Time position. 12:00 AM to 8:00 AM. Weekend shifts included in scheduling. 3

rdshift available. 37 hours per week.

Pay:

$16.00 to $17.11 per hour, depending on experience. Benefits are offered.
