Medical Assistant (Certified) - Bilingual - Wesley Chapel

A leading faith-based healthcare organization seeks two Certified Medical Assistants for their growing residency practice in Wesley Chapel, FL. Join an established team delivering comprehensive care to patients of all ages in a modern, state-of-the-art facility.

Location: Wesley Chapel, FL 33543 Occasional coverage may be needed at Tampa location (advance notice provided)

Requirements:

• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA)

• Bilingual Spanish/English required

• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR)

• Phlebotomy certification preferred

• Experience with Vaccines for Children (VFC) program preferred

• Strong patient care and communication skills

Daily Responsibilities:

• Patient care for diverse age groups (pediatric to geriatric)

• EMR documentation using EPIC system

• Vital signs and patient intake

• Vaccine management and administration

• Support for 10 faculty providers and 8 residents

• Handle high-volume patient care (72-95 patients daily)

• VFC program management and compliance

Schedule:

• Monday-Friday

• Primary hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

• May extend to 6:30/7:00 PM based on patient needs

• No weekends

• Some holidays (discussed during interview)

• Base Pay: $17-23/hour (based on experience)
