Team Coordinator for on-site Project Initiative

This is a on-site Team Coordinator opening - Paying $24-25/hour

M-F Schedule 8 hours a day

Necessary Experience/Skills:

• Most important thing is to make sure you have done something similar before

• Facilitated a project from start to finish/ground up

• Knows how to operate a MacBook & has Excel/google Suite experience (Spreadsheet tracking specifically)

• Reliability is huge, timeliness and integrity since you will be responsible for driving to the different stores and checking in on the project

• Inventory and/or scanning experience (specifically experience using a mobile app to scan inventory would be great)

• Attention to detail

• Managing a team of 4-8

• Don’t need Alcohol/liquor experience but ability and comfortability being in this type of environment. Previous Merchant Alcohol experience is not required but would be an added plus.

• Ability to adapt and know that this is a project so there will be a lot of moving parts and new information and somedays where you are figuring it out as you go!!

Day to Day Description

o Will be responsible for keeping project on track by helping coordinate and set expectations for contractor team. Will distribute weekly schedule and visit different store locations to ensure everything is running smoothly.

o Ideal candidates have experience coordinating/managing people/projects in similar contexts. Are organized, strong communicators, and comfortable giving constructive feedback/direction as needed.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
