Description We are in the process of adding a Salesforce Administrator to our Education team, based out of our Tampa, Florida office. As a Salesforce Administrator, you will play an integral role in managing the Salesforce platform, focusing on user adoption and training, change requirements, testing, and overall ownership of the system.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Salesforce system, ensuring its optimal functionality and use.

• Handle user training and adoption, ensuring all members are comfortable with the platform.

• Focus on change requirements, adapting the system to fit evolving needs.

• Conduct thorough testing of the Salesforce system to ensure its efficiency and reliability.

• Utilize Salesforce Administration skills to maintain a well-run platform.

• Apply Salesforce Configuration knowledge to customize the system according to specific needs.

• Generate data reports, providing comprehensive insights for decision-making.

• Create and manage reporting dashboards, ensuring they provide accurate and timely information.

• Oversee the Salesforce platform, ensuring it meets the needs and objectives of the organization. Requirements • Proficiency in Salesforce Administration is a must-have for the role.

• Demonstrable experience with Salesforce Configuration is required.

• Familiarity with Salesforce Platform is essential.

• Ability to perform data reporting tasks effectively.

• Proven experience in creating dashboards within Salesforce.
