Omnicell Sr. Director, Solution Sales & Transformation in Tampa, Florida

The EnlivenHealth Solution Sales and Strategy Senior Director plays a critical function to support and connect Client Success, Sales, Marketing and Product with the voice of the customer and pharmacy marketspace. This Senior Director:

  • Defines the vision for viable, feasible and sustainable solutions that meet client needs.

  • Supports Sales and Client Success as solution experts to advance the use of their solution portfolio across the various market segments EnlivenHealth serves.

  • Creates a vision for the future growth.

  • Works closely with Marketing to ensure proper solution positioning, branding and internal training and education.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrated experience in building and refining solution pipelines, effectively managing projects

  • Use evidence-based analytics to work with customers to determine product usage, results, needs, etc. and make recommendations to drive adoption accordingly.

  • Communicate and collaborate with the sales team to interact with clients at senior levels to provide value stories and plans to drive adoption

  • Research and understand industry challenges and changes to support client needs and maintain an awareness of competitive intelligence and an understanding of market competition to support client needs and product growth.

  • Development of TAM and quota objectives and future direction for defined solution category , work with sales to incorporate into their sales strategy

  • Provide support to sales and customer success functions as a subject matter expert (SME) and provide input regarding business development

  • Monitor and measure key client use KPIs to address leading and lagging indicators for client success, interpret and communicate trends to the senior leadership team (SLT) with a suggested plan of action

  • Collaborate with other key leaders and teams across the organization including Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales and Customer Success

  • Gather business requirements from customers and translate these into a business plan to effectively communicate these to Product for consideration for roadmap

  • Work closely with Marketing to create product positioning and competitive sell sheets for training of the sales and customer success teams

Required Knowledge and Skills

  • Apply advance knowledge of analytical procedures to reconcile and recognize patterns of data.

  • Adapt to change and develop workable implementation plans, communicate changes effectively, build commitment and overcome resistance, prepare and support those affected by change, and monitor transition and evaluate results.

  • Effective organizational and time management skills.

  • Excellent written, oral and interpersonal skills with a focus on rapport-building, listening, and questioning skills.

  • Intermediate to advanced computer knowledge-technical skills – ability to navigate through software applications.

  • Self-motivated, high energy and engaging personality.

  • Creative thinking and innovative mindset.

  • General understanding of product and technology development process.

  • Ability to think strategically and translate strategy into product enhancements and programs to drive sales and use of high value solutions

  • Understand how to leverage the company portfolio and change the playing field on our competitors

  • Ability to drive tactically, leveraging the sales team, always maintaining a big picture view of your product family and its performance

  • Flexibility to partner and communicate with colleagues, customers, and vendors at all levels within and outside the organization

  • Effective leadership skills and ability to listen, communicate and motivate teams to achieve results

  • Growth mindset; comfortable in a fast paced, fast changing and evolving environment

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree required. In lieu of a bachelor’s degree

  • 10 years-experience in a consultative solutions environment in healthcare technology, preferably SaaS

  • Demonstrable experience and results in selling and positioning mature and emerging products and pivoting to solution selling

  • Demonstrable experience in high growth, mid-market companies, driving overall solution growth and performance

  • Broader experience in other disciplines helpful including sales, strategy, marketing

Preferred Knowledge and Skills

  • Knowledge and understanding of pharmacy (chain, independent, GPO, PSAO, etc.)

  • Experience with healthcare technology

Work Conditions

  • 25% travel
