About the role
As a Material Planner at Reckitt, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customer demands are met efficiently and effectively. Your expertise in forecasting, supplier coordination, and inventory optimization will be essential in maintaining smooth operations. From analyzing customer needs to managing procurement processes, you’ll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.
Your responsibilities
Respond promptly and effectively to customer demands.
Maintain close communication with suppliers to ensure seamless operations.
Optimize inventory levels to balance efficiency and demand.
Analyze customer orders and requirements from ERP systems to provide actionable insights.
Procure raw materials and packaging for planned production.
Prepare and share monthly forecasts with suppliers.
Manage and track incoming invoices for accuracy and compliance.
Create forecasts and handle various administrative tasks, including spreadsheet management.
The experience we're looking for
Education: Secondary education required; higher education is a plus.
Experience: Experience in planning or procurement is advantageous.
Language Skills: Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
Technical Skills: Advanced Excel skills are essential.
Personal Attributes: Strong analytical abilities, flexibility, and problem-solving skills.
