Our client, a leader in facility management, is seeking a Mobile Facilities Engineer to join their team. As a Mobile Facilities Engineer, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting various facilities. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Mobile Building Engineer
Location: Temecula, CA
What's the Job?
Perform maintenance and monitoring repairs to Mechanical, Plumbing, Structural, and HVAC systems to ensure compliance with applicable standards.
Travel between multiple facilities, ensuring their proper function and maintenance.
Maintain responsibility for facility services, including preventative maintenance and inventory control.
Conduct cleaning, inspecting, calibrating, and changing parts to maintain HVAC systems at optimum performance levels.
Comply with safety procedures and maintain a clean and safe workplace.
What's Needed?
High School Diploma or Equivalent.
2-4 years of experience in maintaining and repairing commercial building systems.
Ability to analyze and troubleshoot Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and HVAC systems.
EPA 608 Type II Certification.
Valid driver’s license and working knowledge of computer applications including Word and Excel.
