  • NOTE: This role has the potential to be 100% remote, initial training may be hybrid remote/in-person, and must have a good internet connection

Call Center Operator, your responsibilities will be:

  • We are seeking a professional and courteous individual to join our team as a Remote Call Center Operator.
  • The primary responsibility of this role is to answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department efficiently and accurately.
  • Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally. Direct calls to the appropriate department or individual.
  • Take and relay messages accurately
  • Provide basic information to callers as needed.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
  • Professional and courteous phone manner.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Can multitask and handle high call volumes.
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:

Pay Range*: \$16 -\$ 17 per hour.

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate\'s education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
