Aston Carter Call Center Representative *Hybrid* in Tempe, Arizona

Pay : 21/HR

Hybrid : 3 days in office/2 days remote

Hours : 9:30am - 6:00pm

Job Description : Call center role handling 60-80 calls per day from drivers/carriers who have encountered a disruption after scheduling a load pickup on the app. Drivers go into the app and request a call back if they are experiencing a disruption and it’s expected for them to receive a call from this team within 5 minutes. Could be anything from they have an issue on the road including a flat tire, truck is broken down, etc or could be issues with the app, disputes, and more. Drivers/carriers are experiencing an issue so may be frustrated and there is no set script – these folks need to be able to troubleshoot and think outside the box to resolve issues.

Qualifications : Call center background with experience dealing with irate customers and having to resolve complex problems without a script. Ex: Tech Support.

Training : In person for 3 weeks, then 2 weeks of metric production. Total of 5 weeks before considered “full production”. Would start on their respective schedules after week 3.

Performance Metrics : AHT of 6 minutes, work items per hour, utilization (time they are actively working in que), call quality, and business impacting metrics (did they make an error that impacted the business negatively).
