Our North American Semiconductor group is searching for an experienced Cleanroom Technician to join our team in Tempe, AZ
In this exciting role, you will:
- Evaluate incoming monitors for overhaul process.
- Replace internal components needed to refurbish monitors for calibration.
- Repair monitors to factory level, including determining issues with electronic and fluid components.
- Perform factory testing on monitors to ensure performance.
- Track inventory of piece parts.
- Work with customer service to have parts issued for overhauls.
- Complete confirmation of orders in ServiceMax.
- Order supplies and consumables for the cleanroom.
- Assists with maintaining the equipment calibration system.
- On-call duty to maintain time commitments to customers when needed.
- In-house repair.
- Final inspection of Chemical monitors
- Other duties as assigned.
You will bring the following skills and knowledge:
- Requires general electrical assembly experience and knowledge of electrical and related mechanical principles.
- Knowledge of clean room protocol helpful, however not required.
- Basic math skills, such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division are required.
- Incumbent typically has a high school diploma, certification from a technical school or equivalent experience.
- Knowledge of MS windows and MS Office programs
