• Clean and sanitize park areas, including restrooms, walkways, picnic areas, and seating.
• Empty trash bins and recycling containers and ensure proper disposal.
• Sweep and mop high-traffic areas to maintain cleanliness throughout the park.
• Monitor and maintain water features, including slides, pools, and fountains, ensuring they are clean and functional.
• Conduct routine inspections of park grounds to ensure safety and cleanliness standards are met.
• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting guests with questions, directions, or special requests.
• Respond to guest concerns and complaints in a professional and friendly manner.
• Assist in lost and found procedures and ensure guests items are returned promptly.
• Ability to engage with guests in a friendly, approachable and professional manner.
• Ability to work on your feet for extended periods, lift moderate weights, and
