Nestle Factory SHE Manager in th of October City, Egypt
POSITION SUMMARY

Manage & follow up on all safety issues supporting & advice management teams in all aspects of safety, Health & Environment (SHE) with strong focus on implementing Factory-level initiatives including development & driving site initiatives leading to continuous improvement in SHE performance in line with Nestle continuous excellence mindset of zero incidents.
A DAY IN THE LIFE …
Advise the Management Team in all aspects of Health, Safety and Environment matters.
Issue & Maintain SHE certificates (ISO 45001& ISO 14001).
Ensure compliance with local Laws and Regulations & Nestlé SHE standards.
Establish new SHE policies and procedures as per requirements and ensure their implementation via related departments.
Conduct risk assessment to all activities & integrate action plans’ results with tracking system.
Consulted when there are any changes that affect the workplace SHE.
Conduct investigation for all incidents & prepare related corrective & preventive actions & share it via safety alert with the zone.
Ensure implementation of solid safety inspections & checklists with related teams.
Conduct investigation for all incidents & prepare related corrective & preventive actions & share it via safety alert with the zone.
Represent Nestlé Egypt in safety conferences & meetings.
Develop & Monitor safety KPI’s for incidents, internal audits, behavior-based safety (BBS), contractor management & tracking system for action plans.
Prepare annual operating plan (Budget) including CAPEX needed for projects.
Review & manage capital projects to insure all SHE requirements are implemented.
Follow-up & implement LISA (Leading Indicator of Safety self-Assessment) requirements (Quarterly basis) to get improvement KPI’S.
Ensure availability of PPE stock in each site according to site PPE matrix & ensure employees commitment from all site dept.
Preparation of different trainings needs either internally or externally based on skill matrix, local law’s needs & Nestlé safety requirements.
Lead & coordinate safe driving & sites safety com. Meetings & follow up on implementation of action plans.
Lead safe driving projects implementation of Nestle i.e.: black box, parking sensors & rear camera, forklift camera, safe ledgers...etc.
What will make you successful…
Bachelor’s degree (Technical Background)
5 years of relevant experience (Similar Industry).
English Language: Excellent
Computer Skills: Excellent
Leadership & communication Skills
OSHA certified
NEBOSH certified
