Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Project Manager/Sr. Consultant in the Energy/Natural Resources industry, located in The Woodlands, Texas, United States. This role will primarily involve overseeing the company's SAP S/4 HANA project and managing the project resources to ensure on-time delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and drive all aspects of the SAP S/4 HANA project, including planning, and execution.

• Liaise with the System Integration Partner to ensure compliance with all project requirements.

• Manage and approve all project change requests, with a focus on scope and timelines.

• Efficiently handle project-related issues, escalating them through the appropriate management structure when necessary.

• Lead a project team using established Project Management Methodology & Governance to meet or exceed customer project requirements.

• Maintain relationships with key decision-makers, providing them with regular program/project updates and recommendations.

• Review all deliverables throughout the project lifecycle to ensure consistency, quality, and compliance with current application development and enterprise architecture standards.

• Proactively identify, analyze, and mitigate project and operational risks, including resourcing, project/task dependencies, and delivery risks.

• Coordinate any development work through vendors and contract resources.

• Generate statistics and status/dashboard reports to track progress of various test cycles. Requirements • Proficiency in Atlassian Jira, a tool often utilized for project management and issue tracking.

• Familiarity with Cisco Technologies, as they are commonly used in this industry.

• Solid understanding of Cloud Technologies, as they are integral to modern project management.

• Expertise in Customer Relationship Management (CRM), as this role will involve significant interaction with clients.

• Experience with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning, which is essential for managing company resources.

• Knowledge of About Time, a software used for mobile resource management.

• Ability to conduct AB Testing, which is crucial for improving project outcomes.

• Experience in Agile Scrum methodologies, as they are often used in project management.

• Familiarity with Budget Processes, as this role will involve managing project budgets.

• Experience in Change Management, as this role will involve managing changes to project scopes.

• Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA, a business suite that's often used in project management.

• Familiarity with SAP ECC, as it is a common enterprise resource planning software. Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.®
