Compensation Range (Colorado Only)
$21.00 - $25.00 per hour (Wage dependent on experience)

Hours: 8am – 5pm M - F

Position Description:
The Administrative Assistant will play a crucial role in managing and distributing information within the regional office. This position involves providing comprehensive administrative support, including but not limited to:
Answering and directing phone calls
Scheduling and managing calendars
Assisting in the coordination of meetings and events
Utilizing Microsoft Teams for communication and collaboration
Providing exceptional customer service internally and externally
Handling shipping and receiving tasks
Occasionally arranging travel for personnel and visitors
The Administrative Assistant will report directly to the Office Manager who also serves as the assistant to the Regional Vice President.
Position Qualifications:
Experience in front desk hospitality and client care, serving as the first point of contact.
Experience in assisting with event planning and hospitality.
Maintains and organizes training and conference rooms, including setup and take down.
Ensures cleanliness of office spaces including meeting rooms, kitchen area and pantry.
Proficient in shipping and tracking with UPS, FedEx, and USPS.
Skilled in using software and communication tools such as Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel & Teams.
Prioritizes organization, including ordering and stocking supplies.
Follows detailed instructions and multitasks efficiently.
Proactively improves procedures and fosters teamwork.
General understanding of general contractor work is preferred but not required.
Committed to maintaining quality standards.
Essential Duties:
Reads and routes incoming mail.
Prepares outgoing mail and correspondence, including e-mail and faxes.
Takes phone calls, accesses the company directory (CORE People) and shares correspondence from voice recordings with the correct personnel.
Composes routine correspondence to regional office personnel
Assists in coordination of events taking place at the regional office and offsite.
Assists in arranging and coordinating travel schedules and reservations.
Makes copies of correspondence or other printed materials.
Orders and maintains supplies and arranges for equipment maintenance.
Prepares mailings, tracks, and receives orders via FedEx, UPS, USPS.
