If solving problems and leading the full life cycle of product development and design sounds like your ideal engineering position, Panduit is looking for an Electrical Engineer like you! As an Electrical Development Engineer, you will join a cross-functional team of top-tier engineers dedicated to developing new products and enhancing existing products to ensure customer satisfaction. Every day will bring new design and development challenges for you to research, analyze, test, and evaluate.

In this role, you\'ll develop products from concept to production, leveraging your skills in analog and digital circuit design, schematic capture, prototyping, testing, and debugging. You\'ll collaborate with vendors and manufacturing teams to ensure seamless implementation. What You Will Do

  • Circuit Design, schematic capture and prototype electronic products
  • Test and verify new designs/concept
  • Participate in Implementing designs into production
  • Execute test plans for hardware and software validation
  • Execute electrical stress tests to ensure the reliability of the product

What You Will Bring

  • BSEE degree (MSEE or higher is a plus).
  • 4+ years of hardware development experience.
  • Microcontroller based hardware design and development experience.
  • Digital and Analog (e.g., drivers, power supplies, batteries) hardware design and development experience.
  • Physical circuit board layout experience.
  • Experience with Altium Designer, orCAD, or Mentor is a plus.
  • The ability to work closely with other engineers, lab technicians, product management, and customers in a team environment.

  • The expected annual base salary range for this role is \$85,000 - \$95,000. Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
