Your role at Clorox:

As a Senior Accountant within the Accounting team, you will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and reliability of financial information for the North LATAM cluster companies.

Your work will contribute to maintaining proper financial controls, optimizing accounting processes, and enabling management to make well-informed decisions.

In this role, you will:

● Prepare accounting journal entries

● Record and process payroll, analyze bank transactions and calculate intercompany invoicing

● Analyze, calculate and record accruals

● Perform monthly, quarterly and annual accounting close activities

● Prepare monthly balance sheet account reconciliations, ensuring proper analysis and resolution of open items and cleaning accounts balances

● Execute internal controls and develop end to end process documentation/manuals

● Support internal and external audit process follow-ups

● Support different Cross- functions within the organization, on special projects as required.

What we look for:

● Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent experience

● 2 to 3 years of Accounting experience, preferably in multinational companies

● Experience in general accounting records

● Experience in monthly accounting close activities

● Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Advanced Excel, Power Point and knowledge in Power BI.

● SAP knowledge
