About the Position: This position is with the Tobyhanna Army Depot Directorate of Installation Service. Responsibilities Coordinate with organizational elements on new construction, alteration, and maintenance projects for various installation facilities. Assist in the preparation of technical and administrative project submittal documentation for higher headquarters in accordance with Army regulations. GS-09 One year of specialized experience which includes: 1) Preparing complete technical drawings and models to meet the design intent of architectural, civil, mechanical, or electrical engineering disciplines; 2) Making recommendations based on preliminary data interpretation or analysis; 3) Assisting in the negotiation and preparation of construction or service contract provisions; AND 4) Applying project management principles to work assignments.
