就業場所: 秋葉原UDX本社 (喫煙場所: UDX5階に喫煙場所有)ハイブリッド勤務となります。

雇用形態: 正社員 (試用期間: 6ヵ月)

募集人数: 1名

給与条件: 9~13.5M ※経験、スキルなどを考慮し決定

就業時間: 9:00-17:45 (休憩時間: 1 hour (12:00-13:00)

休日: 土日祝日、会社創立記念日、特別休暇

Roles and responsibilities

• Planning :

Take the Change lead role for assigned projects, to identify the size/scope of the change and define the change mgmt. approach to deliver expected benefits

• Assist in the coordination of Geo and local change activities (engagement events, meetings, workshops) as necessary

Change Impact Management

•Responsible for change impact assessments to ensure all changes are documented, and current vs to be state defined for all impacted audiences

•Engage with functional and local leaders to communicate change impacts specific to their areas and create necessary plans to effectively manage impacts to resolution

Stakeholder Engagement

•General Stakeholder engagement, create and maintain the Stakeholder Analysis relevant to the functions impacted by the projects and developing deep understanding of their considerations

•Build relationships and work with key stakeholders to develop central and assist with Geo-specific plans if necessary, in support of the program Change Management Strategy and Plan

•Own & manage Change Agent Network to drive program communications, issue discussion, and to provide feedback across initiatives

Communication

•Defining and delivering high quality change communications content ensuring all stakeholders are informed of the necessary detail throughout the project lifecycle, this includes internal and external stakeholders where applicable – comms via email, presentations, newsletters, SharePoint sites etc

•Tailor program communication materials to maximize relevancy and effectiveness with local audiences

Training

Readiness & Adoption

•Facilitate the measurement of change readiness - Develop, prioritize, and lead the execution of action plans required to mitigate impacts and readiness gaps

•Develop specific business adoption metrics to measure usage, benefit realization and ROI

Key Interaction with

・Lenovo digital transformation project team

・AP Business team

・Lenovo Backoffice e.g. GSC, Finance

Qualifications:

Required Qualifications(必須要件):

  • Bachelor's degree.

  • At least 5 years of experience as a Project Manager (PM) or Change Manager (CM), leading scalable projects involving cross-functional teams within a multinational company.

  • Fluent in Japanese for business communication, along with business-level proficiency in spoken English or Chinese.

  • 7+ years of professional experience, including 3+ years in IT project management or IT consulting roles.
