In this position, you will be stationed at the client’s site as part of the facility and equipment management team. You will provide and lead equipment installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, testing, and repair work at client facilities.
JOB SUMMARY
The purpose of this position is to oversee the IFM delivery such as manage multiple functions of building operations and maintenance for a facility, campus, or portfolio of buildings of significant complexity, across a portfolio of client's sites in APAC (Japan, South Korea, and ASP total 11 countries) within the contractual SLA and KPI requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Represent CBRE at Japan, South Korea, and ASEAN & South Pacific countries level (11 countries), managing contract and client relationships and ensuring alignment with other CBRE departments to maximize value creation.
Take charge of the financial performance of assigned accounts within the JSK/ASP cluster, ensuring resource availability for contract delivery.
Drive sustainability in talent acquisition/retention across the JSK/ASP cluster, providing guidance to the Country Leads to achieve account objectives.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Develops and maintains positive relationships with clients. Conducts client meetings on unresolved facility issues in an expeditious and professional manner. Communicates to clients regarding regional facilities performance. Communicates to clients regarding property profiles, emergency preparedness plans, site inspections, facility audits, work order progress reports, and other related reports. Manages the operations and maintenance of facilities within a region.
Manages and coaches’ facilities staff to deliver excellent service levels for the client within budget. Researches and implements new processes and technology to improve operational efficiency. Develops policies and procedures to ensure that client contract specifications are fulfilled.
Develops and recommends strategic facility management objectives for clients. Reviews and accountable for various budget reports for multiple facilities.
Develops environmental health and safety procedures for facilities. These procedures include emergency action plans, disaster recovery, business continuity, and other related procedures.
Responsible for facility inspections for quality assurance on a periodic basis. Ensures facility procedures comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
Produces and maintains various facility management reports.
Oversees management of capital projects.
Prepares and manages departmental budget.
Prepares capital project budgets and operating budget reports. Prepares periodic operating budget variance reports. Responsible for facility inspections for quality assurance on a periodic basis. Ensures facility procedures comply with local, state, and federal regulations.

Provides formal supervision to individual employees within single functional or operational area. Approves subordinate's recommendations for staff recruitment, selection, promotion, advancement, corrective action, and termination. Effectively recommends same for direct reports to next level management for review and approval. Plans and monitors appropriate staffing levels and utilization of labor, including overtime. Prepares and delivers performance appraisal for staff. Mentors and coaches team members to further develop competencies. Leads by example and models behaviors that are consistent with the company's values.

•Ensure operational excellence by maintaining an KPI score of >85% across the assigned cluster/countries. (*Target score is subjected to adjustment as per business requirement)
•Drive overall account performance, including critical operations, procurement, health & safety, and people & culture.

Requirements
Education and Experience:
•Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business, Facilities Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in key account management, preferably within the real estate or financial services industry.
•Proven track record of successfully managing regional or global accounts and driving performance.
