At IBM iX, we are looking for executives, project managers and consultants who can lead our enterprise digital transformation projects.
*The following are the job requirements for each position.
-Executive level: As a project supervisor, the candidate must be able to ensure quality, delivery, and customer relations, and contribute to sales activities and organizational expansion.
-Project manager level: As the person in charge of a project, the candidate should be able to ensure delivery quality, build trusting relationships with clients, and lead the project with smooth team management.
-Consultant level: Able to proactively present solutions to client issues in individual projects.
Required technical and professional expertise
Business level of Japanese
Experience in designing marketing initiatives, customer Experience in customer experience design (user research, workshop design, facilitation, ideation, CJM creation, prototyping, etc.)
Understanding and experience in marketing/CRM business
At least 3 years of marketing experience in a consulting or advertising firm
High interest in digital business and consumer trends and technologies
Preferred technical and professional experience
Ability to think logically
English communication skills (intermediate or above)
Leadership skills
Experience in consulting projects in the digital marketing domain
