Description We are looking for a diligent Customer Service Representative to join our team in TONAWANDA, New York. As a Customer Service Representative, you will perform a variety of tasks related to customer service and order processing. This role presents an opportunity to handle a high volume of inbound calls, process orders, and maintain customer credit records. This job offers a contract to hire employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Answering inbound customer calls in a professional and timely manner

• Processing and coordinating customer orders with precision and accuracy

• Maintaining and updating customer records and order status regularly

• Collaborating effectively with team members while demonstrating independent working skills

• Utilizing organizational skills for efficient file management

• Using Word and Excel software for various tasks

• Handling customer inquiries and resolving them promptly

• Monitoring customer accounts and taking appropriate action as needed

• Demonstrating an outgoing personality while interacting with customers

• Providing excellent customer service to maintain customer relationships across the United States. Requirements • Proven experience in customer service roles.

• Proficiency in order entry systems and related software.

• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment.

• Experience in answering inbound calls in a professional and courteous manner.

• Strong organizational skills, with particular emphasis on file management.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.

• Proficiency in using computer systems, including Microsoft Office Suite.

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet.

• Flexibility to work in shifts if required.

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.

• Bilingual or multilingual skills would be an asset.

• Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems is desirable.
