Who are we looking for :
In this Principal Technical Program Management role, you will be working across a multi-functional team that understands our business and its objectives, to lead us through planning and execution to solve the business’s problems in a very agile, fast-paced, and collaborative environment. The position relies heavily on influence rather than authority to drive projects.
You have engineering in Computer science or related field
You have 8+ years of TPM experience executing high complex technical programs in cloud
You will define project scopes, plan and direct schedules while focusing on regular and timely delivery of value; organize and lead project status and working meetings; prepare and distribute progress reports; manage risks and issues; correct deviations from plans; and perform delivery planning for assigned projects.
You will monitor the project from initiation through delivery. Organize the interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget constraints. You will assign and monitor work of systems analysis and program staff, providing technical support and direction.
You will collaborate closely with our partners in program and product management to understand our customers and build the right solutions and products that makes their needs and businesses complete.
You should possess exceptional problem-solving skills, strong business judgment, and notable experience collaborating in hybrid teams. You are a self-starter technical leader with a shown ability to execute both strategically and tactically, and someone who is excited to take on new projects.
You have strong interpersonal skills including mentoring, coaching, collaborating, and team building. You should be customer-focused with a passion for the cloud. You will partner closely with peers, developers, and customers to create solutions, while simultaneously evolving existing capabilities.

Responsibilities
Producing project plans that outline the Project Management process and include: detailed estimates, a quality plan, key deliverables, risks, issues and dependencies.
Providing technical direction and support to the Engineering Teams (as required)
Monitoring progress towards the Project Plan in order to deliver projects within scope and timeline
Assessing the impact of changes to the plan and finding ways to mitigate
Managing issues and risks within the scope of work, escalating as appropriate
Assist with the development of reports, Identifying Gaps in following processes and reporting
Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises and devise contingency plans.
Analytical and Technical aptitude with the ability to solve complex problem
Proven flexibility and versatility in learning new technologies and adapting to new methodologies during the project phase, training and guiding teams
Leadership communication and effective status reporting
Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. Seven years of project management, product design or related experience preferred.
