Answering phones, scheduling deliveries, transferring calls. All computer work is done using a specifically designed software for what we do. Very little difficulty in the training process for this position. Excellent customer service skills are required for this position. A friendly and outgoing personality with a professional appearance for interacting with customers will also be a requirement. The ability to follow instructions and work well with others in a small office setting is a must.
