Description

We are seeking a dedicated Creative Project Manager to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring that our product images meet the highest standards for our new platforms. This role will operate on a hybrid schedule in Toronto.

• Lead the planning and execution of regional photography for marketing, managing all photography logistics and details with vendors/partners, and store operations, and other initiatives as assigned.

• Own day-to-day vendor relationships, including daily/weekly meetings to discuss the scope, resources, and supervision of off-site contractors.

Responsible for ensuring all photography meets brand standards for product, as well as photography guidelines. Taking ownership and paying attention to all shots with creativity and care.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate Product Image Capture: Work closely with photography team to plan and schedule product image capture sessions.

• Collaborate with Operations Manager: Partner with the operations manager to ensure smooth retrieval of products from stores for photography.

• Quality Assurance: Review and ensure the quality of captured product images meets standards.

• Project Management: Act as the liaison between companies and other stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient project execution.

Requirements:

• 3+ years Creative Project Management experience: Proven experience in managing projects and coordinating between different stakeholders.

• 3+ years coordinating with creative production teams: Ability to effectively communicate and coordinate with those teams.

• Experience with QA of product images and demonstrating attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail to ensure high-quality product images

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00
