Job Title: Financial Analyst

Job Description

Support the closing of the month-end financial records ensuring timelines are met for all deliverables. Ensure the reporting deliverables required by lenders are completed within the defined timeline and adhere to financial regulations and reporting compliance standards. Support the design, development, and testing of new reporting solutions or enhancements to existing reports. Assist in executing the monthly recurring billing process, encompassing billing run previews, quality checks, and transaction postings. Assist in preparing monthly accounting entries and reconciliations including bank (leasing business), intercompany, provisions, etc. Support and maintain internal controls recommended by lenders and external auditors. Aid in preparing Business Process Memos and Process Maps for ERP and FP&A solutions. Recommend and assist in developing and managing Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes for operational and financial data visualization tools. Collaborate with external auditors to support regular audits and ensure compliance with reporting standards. Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks, ensuring compliance with organizational policies. Prepare and design operational analytics including implementation of new metrics and KPIs as required by senior management. Support special projects such as acquisitions, dispositions, and portfolio reviews. Aid in the data quality assessment of finance operations data for timely, efficient, and accurate finance operations reporting.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $46.00/hr.
