Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Project Management and Financial support professional with experience managing and tracking, budgets, financial forecast and analysis. This candidate will be supporting a global bank within the Interactive Services organization to coordinate, manage, and track the financials across the portfolio. This role is high visibility and includes managing stakeholder, partner, and internal relationships while providing business support to the organization. This person should be confident tracking projects and driving superior solution delivery of products and projects. This candidate will be able to sit onsite 3x a week in Downtown Toronto for a 12 month contract.

Responsibilities

 - Assist Finance Lead to manage day to day financials of technology organization

 - Assist Resource Lead to manage day to day resources of technology organization

 - Coordinate estimations and intake for tech leads

 - Produce polished communications over multiple channels

 - Coordinate tracking of the portfolio of programs and projects

 - Be agile in mindset to take on new responsibilities as need arises beyond what is listed above

Skills and Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience in Project Control and Project Management with specialty in managing and tracking budgets, financial forecast and analysis, and resource management.

   - Skilled in Project Management, Resource Management, Financial Management

   - Recent experience in enterprise level technology organization doing financial management and resource management.

   - Experience working in an Agile (SAFe) environement and utilizing Jira.

   - Ability to financial reports on project performance including burn down rates and allocating resources and timescale for projects and plans across the organization.

   - Proficiency with Excel including formulas, PowerPoint.

   - Excellent communication, great attitude and team player mindset. null
