Cadence Design Systems, Inc. Lead Design Engineer in Toronto, Ontario

At Cadence, we hire and develop leaders and innovators who want to make an impact on the world of technology.

  • Address customer issues in Analog and Mixed Signal designs, specifically SerDes products.

  • Work closely with customers to understand their SerDes requirements and review customer designs.

  • Attend technical meetings with customers to address technical queries from the customer.

  • Assist customers and technical field team in solving issues for both pre-silicon and post-silicon stage.

  • Develop collaterals, like SerDes User Guide, Datasheets, demoes as needed to highlight the capability of our cutting-edge SerDes products.

  • Collaborate with R&D to ensure that the most critical customer issues are addressed in a timely fashion.

  • Familiar to use lab equipment for hardware debug and protocol compliance test.

  • Excellent communication, especially in leading cross-team discussion.
