What you'll be doing

As a member of the Control Management team, the Senior Business Analyst will support various controls and initiatives for Personal Lending Products. The Control Management team reports to the Director Control Management, will be executing and providing oversight of controls to support adherence to regulatory requirements and the remediation of deficiencies.

The Senior Business Analyst will proactively analyze and recommend enhancements to the existing business processes; and communicate the rationale and outcomes of control performance which will enhance operational effectiveness/cost savings. Ensure that all assigned initiatives are implemented in an effective manner within area of responsibility.

How you'll succeed

· Provide support on the oversight of controls and processes for the adherence to regulatory requirements and the remediation of deficiencies.

· Provide administrative support for the design and implementation of strategic initiatives and projects.

· Research and analyze information to recommend solutions to routine issues or problems that arise during the ongoing operation of the business or on projects as assigned

· Work to provide continuous improvements and ensure high level of quality in all deliverables, processes and procedures

· Support the preparation of status reports , communicate upcoming changes and/or present recommendations to Management

· Develop and/or execute specialized operational reporting to support various Control Management Team programs and initiatives

· Provide support to other team members and management, as requested
