What You’ll Be Doing
The Senior Project Coordinator in Technology is responsible for overseeing the deployment and integration of technical solutions and systems in line with organizational goals and client requirements. This role acts as the central point of coordination between stakeholders, project teams, and technical experts to ensure successful execution, delivery, and adoption of solutions within budget and timeline constraints. The role makes decisions on their own work methods to provide information for resourcing, budgeting, planning, compliance, tracking, and other services that are often requested. The Senior Project Coordinator exercises independent judgement within defined procedures, providing technical guidance to project team members, and engaging subject matter expertise input on behalf of the team. The role works with limited direction to support the development, implementation and maintenance of platforms, processes, procedures and governance models. This role is critical for ensuring seamless technology rollouts and fostering alignment between technical capabilities and business needs. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and adept at leading diverse teams in a fast-paced environment.

How You’ll Succeed
Project Coordination – Plan, organize, and manage the implementation of technology projects from initiation to completion.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and stakeholders, to ensure smooth execution.
Consolidate and integrate work breakdown structures data into a comprehensive schedule.
Develop, manage and control schedules by updating and making mitigation decisions and escalating as appropriate to the Project Manager.
Technical Leadership - Serve as a subject matter expert for the technical implementation process.
Provide guidance on best practices, system configurations, and technical integrations.
Troubleshoot and resolve implementation challenges.
Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements and align project goals.
Communicate progress, challenges, and solutions effectively to all parties involved.
Process Optimization, Governance and Compliance Adhesion:
Develop and refine implementation methodologies to improve efficiency and scalability.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry standards.
Ensure thorough documentation of implementation processes and deliverables.
Quality Assurance: Oversee testing and validation of systems to ensure functionality, reliability, and performance meet organizational and client expectations.
Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions.
Monitor progress and proactively address roadblocks or challenges.
Who You Are
You can demonstrate 3-4 years of experience in leading complex projects involving system integrations or deployments.
You have hands on experience monitoring the vital signs of a project, and managing its progress and delivery schedule. Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC) and project management frameworks (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Proficiency with tools like JIRA, Microsoft Project, or similar project management platforms.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.
It’s an asset if you have 1 year of relevant experience and experience with Agile methodology.
