Lead and manage a team of engineers to develop and implement turbomachinery design and analysis strategies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and establish design goals and metrics
Provide expert technical guidance on turbomachinery design and analysis principles
Conduct advanced engineering analysis, testing, and modeling to optimize product performance and reliability
Identify and mitigate potential design risks throughout the product lifecycle
Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements to bring innovation to turbomachinery engineering initiatives

The annual base salary range for this position is $145,000 - $165,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. YOU MUST HAVE
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering or mathematics
Minimum 8 years of experience in turbomachinery design and analysis
Strong knowledge of turbomachinery design principles, tools, and techniques
Experience with advanced engineering analysis methods such as CFD analysis and finite element analysis
WE VALUE
Master's degree in mechanical engineering or aerospace engineering
Experience with turbomachinery design and analysis software
Strong leadership and strategic thinking abilities to drive organizational change and influence stakeholders
Excellent project management skills to oversee complex turbomachinery engineering initiatives
