Employment Solutions is seeking dedicated Production Workers to join our Towanda, PA team in the manufacturing industry. Depending on your assignment, you will be responsible for various tasks including operating machinery, assembling, ensuring product quality, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate small and large machines for production.
• Work on the assembly line to build high-quality product.
• Inspect all products for quality assurance and compliance with specifications.
• Machine product for hardware installation.
• Prepare and handle materials for production.
• Stage and package finished products for delivery.
• Perform other general warehouse duties as needed.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area and equipment, adhering to safety regulations.

Preferred Experience:

• Previous experience in commercial woodworking (doors, millwork, cabinets, etc.).
• Experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
• General knowledge of building materials.
• Ability to perform simple math and use basic hand-held measuring tools.
