Caring and Compassionate Caregivers Wanted in the Townsend area! Do you want a career where you play a vital role in enhancing the lives of our clients making a difference in their lives each and every day?Do you embody compassion and energy with the desire to support and preserve our client's sense of dignity, personal identify and independence?If you are answering yes to these questions, then we are looking for you to join our team.  We are looking for caring and dedicated Caregivers, Personal Care Assistants (PCAs), and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide companionship, support and assistance who require care due to age, illness, or disability.What will you do during a typical shift?Provide assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.Assist with mobility and ambulation, ensuring the safety and well-being of clients.Administer medications and follow prescribed treatment plans under the guidance of a healthcare professional.Monitor and report changes in the client's condition to the appropriate healthcare personnel.Prepare and serve nutritious meals and ensure dietary preferences and restrictions are followed.Assist with light housekeeping tasks, including cleaning, laundry, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.Offer companionship, engage in conversation, and provide emotional support to clients.Accompany clients to medical appointments or outings, as required.Document care provided, including changes in the client's condition, medications administered, and other important information.Respect and promote the client's dignity, privacy, and independence at all times.Collaborate with healthcare professionals, family members, and other caregivers to ensure a coordinated and holistic approach to care.
