Job Description
We are seeking a certified medical assistant to join our team and provide high-quality care to our patients. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will perform a variety of clinical duties to ensure the smooth flow of our department and the safety of our patients.
Responsibilities
Perform required clinical duties when patients are seen at the time of visit.
Set up and assist as necessary with procedures and coordinate any special testing or procedures.
Track patient results in accordance with the practice criteria.
Be knowledgeable of emergency procedures.
Ensure smooth flow of the department by maintaining orderliness.
Provide for patient safety.
Essential Skills
Customer service
Medical assisting
Swabbing
Active CMA certification
Medical terminology
Patient information management
Patient care
BLS certification
Experience with EMR systems
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Active CMA certification
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
