Our Pediatric Therapeutic Services O nboarding Coordinator is accountable for:

  • Managing a range of onboarding, screening, administrative, and logistical tasks

  • Ensuring the efficient and accurate completion of candidate registration processes, supporting the recruiter's onboarding responsibilities

  • Conducting necessary testing and training, as well as providing orientation, all with the goal of having candidates ready for assignment orders.

  • Collecting credentials, handling clearances, and billing related issues

Essential Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communicator

  • Customer service focus

  • MS Office to include Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Seeking minimum of 1 year of customer service, administrative, or onboarding experience preferred. Adobe experience a plus.
