Maintenance Engineer

Job Description

Responsibilities include but are not limited to maintaining property curb appeal, performing routine and preventative maintenance to preserve the physical integrity of the community, handling resident service requests, being on-call, working on make-ready apartments and upgrades, repairing appliances, troubleshooting and repairing boilers and HVAC systems, mowing lawns, trimming, pruning, cleaning grounds, removing ice and snow, and completing various projects and tasks as requested. Work hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
