Community Health Systems CT Technologist in Tucson, Arizona
$10,000 Sign On Bonus for eligible, qualified, CT Techs!
This is a Full Time Weekend CT Technologist position working Varied / Nights & Weekends schedule at our Northwest Medical Center location.
Summary:
Performs all CT diagnostic techniques and examinations by established protocols.
Position Qualifications/Minimum Requirements
Education:
Required: Graduate of an Accredited two year Radiologic Technology program.
Preferred: Training in CT modality.
Experience:
Preferred: Direct experience in CT and/or MRI modalities
Skills:
Familiarity with ALARA Dose reduction principles, cross-sectional anatomy or currently enrolled in cross-sectional anatomy course, Multi-Detector CT scanners and Protocols for the various exams and with safe Intravenous Injections practice and use of Power Injectors.
Licenses/Certifications:
Required: CRT license from State of AZ Medical Radiologic Technology Board of Examiners (MRTBE); Registered and certified by American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT);
Current American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross(ARC) BLS certification.
Preferred: ARRT Advanced Certification in CT.
