Description

We are in search of a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team located in Tucson, Arizona. This role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity and involves supporting the implementation of a new time input system. The successful candidate will be expected to work on Thursdays and Fridays from 8-5 pm. Bilingual skills would be beneficial as the role includes making outbound calls.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the implementation and roll-out of a new time input system

• Maintain and update customer records in a timely and accurate manner

• Process customer inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise

• Make outbound calls to customers as part of the customer service function

• Utilize MS Word and MS Excel to perform data entry tasks

• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary

• Maintain a high level of customer service at all times

• Support the team in various administrative tasks as required.

Requirements

• Prior experience as a Bilingual Customer Service Representative or in a similar role for a minimum of 2 years

• Proficient in using MS Word and MS Excel

• Strong customer service skills

• Proven track record in data entry tasks with high accuracy

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

• Ability to multitask and prioritize workload efficiently

• High level of organization and attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required; further education in Office Administration is a plus

• Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
