Description We are in search of a meticulous Data Entry Clerk to become an integral part of our Logistics Department. Based in Tucson, Arizona, this role requires you to handle data entry tasks, pay exceptional attention to detail during order entry, and display excellent customer service skills during phone interactions. This position offers a long term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Handle all data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency

• Display exemplary customer service skills while interacting with customers over the phone

• Ensure all order entries are detailed and precise

• Utilize spreadsheet and word processing software effectively for various tasks

• Monitor and manage customer accounts diligently

• Resolve any customer inquiries promptly and professionally

• Maintain and update customer credit records regularly. Requirements • Proficient in Data Entry operations with accuracy and speed.

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including ability to create and manipulate spreadsheets.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word for document creation and editing.

• Experience with Order Entry, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
