Raytheon Technologies is seeking an Inventory Compliance Team Lead. This pivotal role will oversee all inventory and compliance activities as well as manage the daily operations of inventory team members across various locations. The Team Lead will also address inventory system related challenges and create comprehensive analytical solutions. This position requires strong collaboration with multiple business functions (production control, warehouse operations, receiving, shipping, planning, etc..) to address customer needs and enhance process efficiencies.
What You Will Do
Ensure employees are actively operating in accordance with Raytheon strategies in the areas of trust and respect, employee development, and communication.
Responsible for day-to-day operations of Inventory movements throughout logistics
Manage processes related to inventory located in multiple sites i.e. Receipt Corrections, ORR/IRR, transfers, contract closures, cycle inventories and ensure all are processed to service level agreements
Daily interface with Warehouse Management and Warehouse team to resolve any issues or concerns regarding the inventory processes
Support all audit activity related to inventory including, but not limited to, MMAS, MAAR13, and Sarbannes Oxley
Identify process improvement opportunities within Logistics department as it relates to inventory accuracy; develop and implement effective solutions using CORE (Six Sigma) principals
Lead Inventory Compliance team supporting hiring, promotions, merit, discipline and monitoring of daily activities
Monitor workloads to prevent bottlenecks
Maintain performance metrics
Maintain data integrity and inventory accuracy
Ensure Internal/External customer requests related to material are processed in compliance with FAR/DFAR/MMAS and Raytheon business procedures
Work closely with Property, Logistics, Finance, Production Control and MPMs in support of company goals
Qualifications You Must Have
Typically requires a Bachelor’s and a minimum of eight (8) years prior relevant experience, or an Advance Degree in a related field and a minimum of five (5) years’ experience.
Experience with Logistics, Manufacturing, Inventory, or Supply Chain.
The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Six Sigma Certification
Property Management experience
Logisticians Certification
Existing DoD Secret Clearance
NPMA, CPPS and CPPA Certified
Good verbal and written communication
Good organizational skills and time management
Knowledge of FAR, DFAR requirements
Knowledge of Inventory Control Processes
High level of analytical skills
Good interpersonal and customer service skills
High level of competency in Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio, and Outlook.
Ability to work in a fast pace demanding environment
Ability to travel
Experience in SAP systems

The salary range for this role is 101,000 USD - 203,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
